Co-founders Mike Weiss and Ben Weinberg of Castle Peak Holdings collaborated with the acclaimed architecture firm Lake Flato to strip the structure down to its bones and rebuild it with a warm, Southwestern aesthetic. The redesign preserves the nostalgic footprint of the classic roadside motel, including the restoration of its historic neon monument sign and Camp Hall event space, while introducing refined modern details.
