Commissioned by Averill Hospitality, a family-owned local company, the three-story boutique property was designed by Whitefish-based Montana Creative Architecture & Design, with construction executed by Rocky Mountain Builders and interiors styled by SAGE Interior Design. The building's exterior features clean lines, expansive Sierra Pacific windows, and a sophisticated mix of local stone and reclaimed timbers. Rather than mimicking a traditional log cabin, the architecture embraces a sleek, modern mountain aesthetic that mirrors the contemporary evolution of Whitefish. Inside, the hotel houses 86 guest rooms, divided between cozy deluxe configurations and premium Skyline rooms on the upper floor. The accommodations feature custom wood furnishings, soundproofed walls, and deep-pile bedding, with select Skyline rooms offering private French balconies overlooking the town or the ski runs of Whitefish Mountain Resort.
